Thank you for choosing Terra Nexus as your digital marketing partner. Our mission is to deliver exceptional value and support as you grow your real estate business. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our one-time service plan fees.

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any Terra Nexus service plan. By completing your enrollment and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described below.

2. One-Time Service Fee

A one-time fee based on your selected plan is required at the time of enrollment. This fee covers:

  • Administrative and onboarding costs
  • Account setup and campaign configuration
  • Access to Terra Nexus’s exclusive digital marketing platform and partner network
  • Dedicated success manager assignment

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if Terra Nexus fails to launch and deliver your digital marketing campaign within the first 60 calendar days from the date of enrollment.

Outside of this condition, all fees are strictly non-refundable.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as campaign performance, response rate, conversion rate, or personal circumstances, provided that services have been initiated as per the agreement.

4. Service Delivery & Acceptance

Once a campaign is launched and a client introduction is provided, the client has 24 hours to review and respond. If the introduction does not meet our stated quality standards, a replacement will be issued promptly.

Failure to respond within 24 hours will automatically be considered as acceptance.

Accepted or unchallenged service deliverables are final and non-refundable.

5. Dispute Protection

By enrolling, the client acknowledges and agrees that disputes or chargebacks filed outside the stated refund eligibility are a breach of contract.

Terra Nexus will provide full documentation including signed agreements, service records, call logs, and email correspondence to financial institutions to resolve disputes in favor of Terra Nexus.

6. Refund Request Process

If your campaign has not been launched within the first 60 days, you may submit a written refund request to:

Requests must include:

  • Enrollment details and proof of payment
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

7. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Services have been initiated regardless of outcome or conversion
  • Ongoing or add-on service charges have been incurred
  • Delays are due to market fluctuations, regional targeting complexity, or client communication lapses, provided the agreed services are eventually delivered
  • Client has failed to respond to outreach from our team for 30 or more consecutive days after campaign launch

8. Policy Updates

Terra Nexus reserves the right to revise or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or published on our official website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
