2. Refund Eligibility:

– To qualify for a refund, you must adhere to the terms of the Terranexus referral agreement and demonstrate active participation in working with the leads provided.

– Refunds will not be issued based on the perceived quality or results of leads, as long as we have fulfilled the obligation of sending the agreed number of leads.

3. Refund Request Process:

– To request a refund, you must submit documented evidence of a successful transaction that resulted directly from a Terranexus-provided referral, within a reasonable timeframe.

– Please email your refund request to our support team at support@theterranexusnetwork.com along with supporting documents, such as executed sales contracts, commission agreements, or closing disclosures.

– Once we receive and verify your documentation, your request will be reviewed and processed based on your eligibility.

4. Refund Amount:

– If you qualify for a refund, we will return your one-time setup fee, less any applicable administrative or transaction processing fees.

– All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions:

– Ongoing membership fees or charges for optional/add-on services are non-refundable.

– In the event of market fluctuations or unforeseen delays, lead delivery timelines may be adjusted. As long as the total lead count is met within the extended timeframe, the agreement remains valid and no refund will be issued.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy:

– Terranexus reserves the right to revise or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or published on our official website.
