Verified Leads with Full Transparency

All leads are pre-qualified and verified by our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs). Each lead includes complete prospect details and, where available, a recorded conversation for quality assurance.

Territory-Based Lead Matching

Leads are only assigned after matching the Realtor's service area and preferences, ensuring relevance and geographic alignment.

Lead Plans & Delivery Timelines

⚠️ Delivery times may vary depending on market conditions and campaign performance. Leads are delivered as qualified prospects become available.

One-Time Package Fee

Each plan requires a one-time, upfront fee, inclusive of:

• Setup charges
• Taxes and compliance
• Full campaign-based lead generation

No additional recurring fees are charged outside of deal-based marketing fees (see below).

Marketing Fee Structure (Pay Upon Deal Closure)

Marketing fees are due when a deal is closed with a Terranexus-provided lead and are calculated based on net commission (after all broker/team splits and deductions):

Marketing fees apply on both the buyer and seller sides if applicable.

Important Terms & Policies

Duplicate or Prior Contact

If you were already in touch with a lead prior to receiving it from Terranexus, notify us within 48 hours. The lead will be reviewed, and if validated, reassigned and exempted from marketing fee obligations.

Lead Replacements

Leads may be replaced within 24 hours of delivery if they are:

• Disconnected/Wrong number
• Duplicate
• Invalid or unverifiable

Response & Refund Policy

• Realtors must actively respond to lead assignments.
• No refunds will be issued if there's no Realtor engagement for 30 days or after campaign launch.
• No refunds are provided under any other circumstances due to the fixed-cost nature of marketing.

Realtor Responsibilities

• Realtors must follow up on all assigned leads.
• Terranexus reserves the right to pause or terminate participation if leads are neglected.
• Realtors may terminate their package with one month's written notice, but no refund will be granted for the unused duration.
• Realtors must notify Terranexus in writing if they switch brokerages.

Live Transfers

When available, live call transfers will be facilitated. These are not guaranteed due to market and timing constraints.

Compliance & Ethics

Realtors must not engage in any unethical, fraudulent, or unauthorized practices. Such behavior results in immediate removal from the network and possible legal consequences.

Marketing Fee Payment Timeline

Realtors must report closings involving a Terranexus lead within 72 hours and remit the applicable marketing fee upon commission disbursement.

Confidentiality

Both Realtor and lead information will be treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with data protection standards.

Policy Updates

Terranexus may update its policies at any time. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

Effective Date

Your lead package term begins the day you sign the agreement.
